Shipment is performed by UPS, FEDEX or DHL to your doorstep. Delivery time is 5 business days from date of order. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with original packing as you received it. 


All our bikes are delivered 80% pre-assembled in a secured export carton. The only thing that remains is to mount the front wheel, pedals, seat and adjusting the brakes. 


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For that reason we have an extended 90 days customer satisfaction guarantee where even if you have already used your product and find any quality issues with the frame, fork or components we will replace such parts after review and acceptance of the complaint. We will either replace the part or in extreme circumstances replace you with a new product. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within required days for the handling by the payment providers.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Privacy Statement
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. No iformation will be used for marketing purposes without asking for your active permission to say yes or no. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment is availale for all the major credit and debit card providers; VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL. Shopify stores your credit card data as encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
